Review Process and Result Notification
After a company submits an application, our center will conduct a preliminary discussion and invite relevant faculty members for in-depth consultation. Once the company provides the required written review materials, the review process will be completed within fourteen working days from the date the application is accepted, and the results will be notified to the company.
If the technical review is not passed, the applying company may submit an appeal within thirty working days from the day after receiving the notification. The center will then conduct a written technical review. If the appeal is still not approved after the review, the company cannot submit a similar application for one year. Upon approval by the Technical Review Committee, a contract will be signed between the university and the residing company.
